From the legendary “Uzbekistan Restaurant Moscow” — a culinary institution with over 30 years of excellence — comes a bold new concept: SANA, meaning “radiance.” Rooted in Uzbek tradition and inspired by the Silk Road, SANA blends age-old recipes, warm hospitality, and a sensory experience.

Custom Wooden Ceiling with Rattan Finishing
Our team was responsible for the full production and installation of the restaurant’s wooden ceiling panels, each meticulously covered with handwoven rattan to create a natural and cozy atmosphere.
Every panel was custom painted and finished according to the project’s design specifications, ensuring harmony with the restaurant’s interior theme and lighting.
Signature Rattan Centerpiece Artwork
One of the standout features of this project is the large rattan art installation that hangs from the center of the ceiling.
This bespoke artwork serves as the visual focal point of the dining space, tying together the organic textures and enhancing the restaurant’s identity.
Our team crafted this centerpiece entirely by hand, shaping and painting each segment to achieve the perfect blend of design accuracy, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
